Saturday Routes Export

For those who prefer to have the information in columns, Excel provides a tool that allows you to “flip” the orientation between rows <> columns. Here’s how to do it using the current CSV file as an example:

1. Left click cell A1
2. Hold the Shift key down and left click cell R6
3. The data area to be flipped has now been selected
4. Right click anywhere within the area selected
5. Choose “Copy” in the menu
6. Right click cell A11 (or any cell NOT within the selected area)
7. Left click “Paste Special” in the menu
8. Left click “Transpose” checkbox
9. Left click “OK”
